Barber tools are used close to the skin, hair, scalp, and beard. Because of this, Noor Grooming Lounge gives high importance to tool cleanliness and safe handling.

  • Combs, scissors, trimmers, clippers, and styling tools are cleaned regularly.
  • Tools are maintained properly to support safe and smooth service.
  • Damaged or unsafe tools are not used for customer service.
  • Our barbers are expected to handle all tools carefully and responsibly.

2. Fresh Towels, Capes & Disposable Items

We aim to provide a fresh and comfortable experience for every customer by using clean towels, capes, neck strips, tissues, and disposable items wherever required.

  • Fresh or cleaned capes are used for customers where applicable.
  • Disposable neck strips, tissues, cotton, or wipes may be used when needed.
  • Towels are handled with care and kept separate from dirty items.
  • Used items are removed from the service area after customer use.

3. Workstation Cleanliness

A clean workstation helps create a professional and safe grooming environment. Our team works to keep service chairs, mirrors, counters, and surrounding areas neat.

  • Hair clippings are cleaned regularly from the floor and chair area.
  • Barber stations are arranged properly before and after services.

4. Skin, Scalp & Health Concerns

Customers should inform the barber before the service begins if they have any skin, scalp, beard, allergy, cut, wound, irritation, infection, or sensitivity concern.

  • Please tell the barber about allergies before any product is applied.
  • Inform us about cuts, wounds, rashes, redness, or irritation.
  • Customers with possible skin or scalp infection may be advised to delay service.
